COURSE TITLE: GAIT AND BALANCE DISORDERS
CREDIT: 2 CREDITS

1-RECOMMENDED FOR: NEUROLOGY RESIDENTS AND SPECIALISTS

2-OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE:
In the first part of the course, recognition of gait pattern, lesion location and diagnostic approach will be emphasized.
In the second part of the course, posture perception disorders, psychogenic gait disorders and fear of falling and relevant treatment procedures will be discussed.
The final speech was designed to highlight several topics which may guide young colleagues although it has partially ''paramedical'' content.

3-WHAT WILL BE THE LEARNING OUTCOMES THAT THE PARTICIPANTS WILL ACQUIRE AT THE END OF THE COURSE?
They will acquire the knowledge about the common types of gait and balance disorders.
