COURSE TITLE: MOVEMENT DISORDERS II
CREDIT: 2 CREDITS
1-RECOMMENDED FOR: NEUROLOGY RESIDENTS AND SPECIALISTS
2-OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE:
This course aims at teaching how to recognize and treat hyperkinetic movement disorders encountered in clinic. It also aims at improving the knowledge and skills of physicians about phenomenology, possible etiology and treatment. Topics will be discussed with an emphasis on practical aspects.
3-WHAT WILL BE THE LEARNING OUTCOMES THAT THE PARTICIPANTS WILL ACQUIRE AT THE END OF THE COURSE?
At the end of the course, participants will learn examination, classification and differential diagnosis of hyperkinetic movement disorders and be able to plan the treatment.
