TITLE OF THE COURSE: MOVEMENT DISORDERS I
CREDIT: 2 CREDITS
1- COURSE IS RECOMMENDED FOR: RESIDENTS, SPECIALIST NEUROLOGISTS
2- COURSE OBJECTIVE:
This course will start with the definition and differential diagnosis of Parkinson's disease; followed by the
recognition and management of the motor and nonmotor problems that occur as the disease progress with case examples. Treatment options to be applied in different stages of the disease will be discussed in the light of current information and case examples.
3- THE SUBJECTS THAT THE COURSE ATTENDEES WILL BE INFORMED AFTER THE COURSE
At the end of this course, the attendees will be able to understand the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of
Parkinson's disease and the management of motor and nonmotor problems in different stages of the disease.
